I specialize in resistance training, helping women become the strongest version of themselves inside and outside of the gym.
Whether you are looking to become stronger, build muscle, look toned, improve mobility/ flexibility, or become more stable, resistance training is for you!
Resistance training can take many different forms- body weight, resistance bands, lifting dumbbells, kettlebells, and barbells. My programing is tailored so it truly fitting for anyone at any fitness level.

Let me create a completely custom workout routine for you!
This option is based upon your fitness level, goals, and workout environment (gym or home workouts available).
This plan utilizes one set workout split over the course of the 4 weeks. You may re-order after 4 weeks of use AND/OR when you plateau after 4 weeks of use.
How It Works
Once signed up for programing we will have a 30-minute call to go over your current workout routine, learn about your current fitness goals and what type of equipment access you have. You will then be able to download the Everfit app where your fitness plan will be provided for you with video demonstration and instructions for every exercise. Within the app you will be able to track your progress and maintain communication with me to ask any questions you might have. You will have the ability to send any form checks to ensure you are getting the most out of the program.

FAQs
Do I have to be a member of Encompass to train with you?
Nope! If you are just looking to use the facility while training with me, you do not need to be a member of the gym. However, if you would like to use the gym in addition to our time together you are able to get a discount on membership rates.
With program design do I have access to the app or workouts once we are done training together?
You will no longer have access to the Everfit app. However, whatever workout plan I create for you is yours. Once our time working together has come to an end you will have access and I will be able to send you a printout of the workout.
I am afraid of becoming too big or bulky with lifting weights, is that something I should be worried about?
Short answer is no! Even if looking to just become “toned” or give your body some shape resistance training is essential! Not only is it great for getting the look you desire but it is also essential in helping you speed up your metabolism long term. The more lean muscle mass you have the more calories your body is going to burn at rest, something NO other form of exercise can do!
