It's common when starting a new lifestyle journey to start crushing it right out of the gate especially when motivation is high, but then something happens. You start to feel a little unsure of yourself, possibly you hit a plateau in your progress, or maybe you are just so overwhelmed and need some guidance on where to start. This is where a focus session is a key to start your journey or kick that progress into overdrive.
There is so much more that goes into it other than “eat this, don't eat that” we are human, complex and have behaviors that need understanding. In this session we will get to know each other, and start to uncover your relationship with food and your body. We will discuss where you have been, and where you are now, and dig deep to unravel the “why” behind your eating concerns. During our time together we will come up with a big picture plan and identify the areas you would like to focus on in our work together. From there we will together create a plan for you to follow. A realistic approach because it is all about YOU!

Absolutely! I highly recommend focus sessions for someone that is more confident in their ability to adhere and has done some of the work already with building a strong mindset and daily habits. You can definitely regularly book Focus sessions to help you check-in and stay on track!

This tends to happen. You are motivated to get started but then, after a few weeks you lose that pep in your step, and it's not that you don't want your goal, you just have some hiccups and get thrown off and don't know how to manage the situations. Not to worry, we will use the fee you paid for the Consultation and subtract it from the coaching fees to help you best continue your journey smoothly and now with all the added bells and whistles to keep you confident in your day to day efforts.
