ABOUT ME

I spent many years obsessing about food and battling patterns of disordered eating that I felt I had no control over. No matter what size, I was never happy with what I saw. Then I found resistance training…


 
 

 I found resistance training and it changed my whole perspective on my body, food, and most importantly my mindset.

 Over the last 8 years I have taken the time to develop a positive relationship with food, continued to lift weights and have gotten to the point of being able to listen to my body and intuitively eat. 

My progress over the years has NOT always been linear. All of my experiences have helped me expand my knowledge and shaped me into the coach I am today. 

I no longer spend my time focusing on yo-yo diets, living for the weekend, and running myself into the ground, obsessing over anything that is out of my control.

I have finally learned that health and fitness are all about balance. I have become passionate about what a healthy lifestyle looks like and the benefits of finding food freedom. I want to help you feel the same! 

 

FUN FACTS

I have a dog named Murphy; He is a Mini Bernedoodle, and he is my pride and joy!

I love to travel, one place I would love to visit is New Zealand.

I am a big fan of cooking and love experimenting in the kitchen.

I enjoy any type of outdoor activity, Hiking, roller blading, kayaking, and playing tennis just to name a few.

I absolutely love living in New England, I love getting to experience all of the seasons especially Spring and Fall.

I love a good Brewery and i'm a sucker for food trucks!

Real Housewives, Seinfeld and Sex and the City are my guilty pleasure TV shows.

Two books that have shaped my mindset are “The Four Agreements” and “Atomic Habits”.

My favorite food is ice cream, favorite flavor is Coffee Oreo.

My favorite upper body exercise are chin ups and lower body exercise is barbell back squats.
