I have been working with Shaina for almost two years, three times a week, and I am thrilled with the results! In addition, we have set aside time to focus on nutrition, with a particular emphasis on gut health. I had suffered for years with IBS, and with Shaina’s nutritional coaching and guidance, I can confidently say that I am in full remission. I can’t recommend Shaina enough for both personal training and nutrition coaching.
